Shipping Policy

After your payment for the order is authorized and verified, it normally takes two working days to process your order.

Hong Kong and Other Locations 

​

Free Shipping For All Orders Above HKD 300 in Hong Kong  and a flat service fee of  HKD 99 to other International destinations

​

SF Express is the dedicated courier for our Hong Kong and Macau shipments. We offer free standard shipping to commercial address and SF service point for  all orders in Hong Kong.  For shipments delivered to non-industrial / commercial Locations or remote areas will be subject to HKD 30 service charge. It always takes 1-2 workings days to transit after we fulfill the order.

For other international locations we will advise tracking details of the order via email with 2 working days , transit time will depend on the place of order and courier service arrangement.

*Please note that refund cannot be accepted if any product rejection due to personal preference or disputation on service charge from SF Express.

Return & Exchange Policy

​

We offer 14-days, one-time return policy. If you are unsatisfied with your product and meet the Return Criteria below, we will happily refund you for the value of the merchandise. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, as indicated. Customers will be responsible for return fees which will be deduced from the total amount refunded.

RETURN & EXCHANGE CRITERIA

  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date (After receiving the product)

  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags attached in a returnable condition

  • The following accessories cannot be returned due to sanitary purposes  : bra pads.

  • Sale items & items marked SALE or FINAL SALE  and exchanged items because of size are NOT refundable, exchangeable nor eligible for store credit. Promotional discounts may make an item final sale, see specific promo for details

 

**Please note: Shipping an item without consulting customer service will not guarantee a refund or store credit & you risk additional charges as the item(s) may be returned to you at your expense. kindly send am email to poacare24@gmail.com to apply for return or exchange. We will send you detailed email for processing the returns and upon receipt of merchandise with 7 working days refunds will be processed if all criteria is met.
